damnīecause i didn't give any details of the actual game people went with what they know, that is a mmo is way bigger/time consuming to make than a single player game. sooo that's the mmo aspect out of the equation. Thank YouĮDIT 1 : i should point out that i'm not that good at explaining things )Īfter i opened this thread slowly started to lose interest in the mmo aspect o the game, why?! as i researched, found a lot of things that i have no interest in, i could outsource it's production but oddly don't care for it. PS: if you want to give advice to make a smaller game or ''start small and make your way up'' please don't i listened 10 years ago terrible results, like giving up twice on game dev, the second time i deleted everything i've amassed. Tips on how to improve my research skills would be nice I've tried to research how a mmorpg works and after an hour i would get confused, jumping from one thing to another. what to research, what aspects to start work on first, what systems are required etc. I have never been one to overanalyse a game (anything for that matter) as such i have no idea how to actually plan for it.
